Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the magnetic car phone mount work with a thick phone case on my iPhone 17 Pro Max?

A: Yes! The VIKEFON magnetic car mount includes two adhesive metal plates that attach to the back of your phone or inside your case. This ensures a strong magnetic connection through most standard and rugged phone cases without any interference.

Q: Will the magnets interfere with my phone's compass, camera, or wireless functions?

A: The N45 magnets are optimized to hold your phone securely without disrupting everyday smartphone functions. GPS navigation, calls, and camera use are not affected during normal use. We recommend placing the metal plate away from NFC or wireless charging components if applicable.

Q: How do I mount the base to my car dashboard?

A: Clean your dashboard or windshield surface thoroughly, peel the backing off the 3M gel suction pad, press the base firmly onto the surface, and hold for a few seconds. That's it — no drilling, no permanent adhesives, and no damage to your vehicle's interior.

Q: Is this mount compatible with Android phones and GPS devices?

A: Absolutely. The VIKEFON magnetic phone mount is universally compatible with all smartphones — including Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Sony, LG, Nokia — as well as standalone GPS navigation devices. If it has a flat back surface, the included metal plate will work with it.
