Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of soap or liquid can I use with this automatic soap dispenser?
A: This touchless soap dispenser works with most liquid hand soaps, dish soaps, lotions, and liquid sanitizers. If the liquid is very thick or concentrated, simply dilute it slightly with water to ensure the sensor dispenses it smoothly.
Q: How long do the batteries last in the NOCCLILI 400ml soap dispenser?
A: Battery life varies depending on frequency of use, but most users find a set of 4 × AAA alkaline batteries lasts for several weeks of regular daily use. Using quality alkaline batteries is recommended for optimal sensor performance.
Q: Is the automatic soap dispenser waterproof or splash-resistant?
A: The dispenser is designed for countertop use near sinks and is built to handle normal bathroom and kitchen splash exposure. It is not intended to be submerged in water. Keep the battery compartment dry at all times.
Q: Why isn't the sensor detecting my hand?
A: If the sensor doesn't respond, first check that the batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient charge. If soap isn't flowing, the liquid may be too thick — try diluting it. Make sure to place your hand within the sensor's detection range (typically within a few centimetres of the nozzle).
