Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What type of soap can I use with this automatic foam soap dispenser?

A: This NOCCLILI touchless foam soap dispenser is designed for use with liquid foaming soap. For best results, use a standard liquid hand soap diluted to a foaming consistency, or a pre-mixed foam soap refill. Avoid thick gel soaps, as they may not dispense correctly through the foam mechanism.

Q: How does the touchless sensor work on this soap dispenser?

A: The dispenser uses an infrared smart sensor that detects the presence of your hand beneath the nozzle. Simply place your hand under the sensor and it automatically dispenses a measured amount of foam soap within seconds — no buttons, no contact, no mess.

Q: Can I adjust how much soap is dispensed each time?

A: Yes! This dispenser features an adjustable output setting, allowing you to control the amount of soap dispensed per use. This helps minimize waste and lets you customize the dispenser to suit different household needs, whether for children or adults.

Q: Is this soap dispenser suitable for both bathroom and kitchen use?

A: Absolutely. The NOCCLILI Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser is designed for versatile household use — it works equally well on bathroom countertops, kitchen sinks, laundry room basins, and more. Its sleek black finish suits a wide range of interior styles.
