Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this phone armband fit my iPhone 15 Pro Max or Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra?
A: Yes! The VIKEFON armband is designed to accommodate smartphones up to 6–7 inches in screen size, making it compatible with large-screen models including iPhone 12 through 17 Pro Max and most Android flagship devices such as Samsung Galaxy S and Note series phones.
Q: Can I use my touchscreen through the armband window?
A: Absolutely. The clear TPU screen cover is designed for full touch screen functionality — you can swipe, tap, skip tracks, and accept calls without ever removing your phone from the case.
Q: Is the armband machine washable?
A: We recommend hand-washing the armband in cool water with mild soap and allowing it to air dry. This preserves the neoprene material and the integrity of the screen window for long-term use.
Q: How do I adjust the armband to fit my arm?
A: The armband features an adjustable Velcro strap that can be sized to fit a wide range of arm circumferences, from slender to muscular builds up to 12 inches around. Simply fasten the strap to your preferred tightness for a secure, comfortable hold during any activity.
