Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the 12000mAh battery last on a single charge?

A: On the lowest fan speed setting, the rechargeable 12000mAh battery provides up to 30 hours of continuous operation. Run time varies depending on speed setting and LED light usage — higher speeds will reduce battery life accordingly.

Q: Can this portable camping fan be used as a ceiling fan indoors?

A: Yes! The fan is designed to hang from a ceiling hook or tent ridge pole, making it versatile for both indoor rooms (bedroom, living room) and outdoor camping tents. Its 450mm blade diameter ensures effective air circulation in most standard spaces.

Q: How do I charge the fan, and how long does charging take?

A: The fan charges via USB (5V input). Charge time depends on the power adapter used, but with a standard 5V USB charger, a full charge from empty typically takes several hours. It's recommended to fully charge before your first use or trip.

Q: Are the fan blades safe for children and pets nearby?

A: The fan includes a built-in auto-stop safety feature that halts the blades immediately upon collision, reducing the risk of accidental contact. Additionally, the blades are designed for tent and indoor use at heights, but adult supervision is always recommended around young children.
