Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the magnetic car phone mount work with a phone case?

A: Yes! The VIKEFON magnetic car phone mount includes two thin metal plates that fit between your phone and its case (or adhere to the back of a caseless phone). Once in place, the N45 magnets hold securely without interfering with your case or phone functions.

Q: Does this magnetic mount damage my phone's screen or internal components?

A: The magnets used in this mount are optimized for holding your device and are not strong enough to affect modern smartphone screens, cameras, or solid-state storage. Credit cards with magnetic strips should be kept away from the magnetic plates as a precaution.

Q: Can I use this mount on both the dashboard and the windshield?

A: Absolutely. The 3M suction cup gel pad is designed to adhere firmly to both smooth dashboard surfaces and windshield glass. Simply clean the surface before application for the strongest hold.

Q: Is this phone mount compatible with iPhone 17 and Samsung Galaxy S22?

A: Yes — the VIKEFON magnetic car phone mount is universally compatible with virtually all smartphones, including iPhone 17, 16, 15, 14 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S22, S21, Google Pixel, and many more, as long as a metal plate is attached to the device.
