Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will this magnetic car phone holder work with my phone case on?

A: Yes! The 8x N52 magnets are powerful enough to hold most smartphones even with a standard slim or medium-thickness case. For very thick or heavy-duty cases, the included metal plate can be placed between your phone and case to ensure a secure connection.

Q: Does the magnetic field interfere with my phone's GPS or signal?

A: No. The untoom magnetic car phone holder uses a closed magnetic field design specifically engineered to keep the magnetic force contained within the mount. This means your phone's GPS navigation, cellular signal, and wireless functions remain fully operational while the holder is in use.

Q: How do I install the magnetic car phone holder onto my dashboard?

A: Installation is straightforward — simply clean the dashboard surface, peel the adhesive backing on the curved base, and press it firmly into place. The upgraded curved base is designed to conform to typical dashboard contours for a flush, stable bond. No drilling or tools are required.

Q: Is this mount compatible with iPhones and Android phones?

A: Absolutely. This is a universal magnetic mount compatible with any smartphone between 4.0 and 7.0 inches, including iPhone 13 and newer, Xiaomi Redmi, Huawei, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and many more brands and models.
