Bring Cloudy, Yellowed Headlights Back to Crystal Clarity

Over time, car headlight covers become foggy, yellowed, and scratched — reducing visibility and making your vehicle look worn. This 100ml Headlight Restoration Liquid Polymer (pack of 2) is a professional-grade refurbishment fluid designed to tackle oxidation, discolouration, surface scratches, and fogging, giving your headlights a like-new finish without expensive replacements.

Made in Mainland China.

Why Choose This Headlight Restoration Fluid?

  • Restores Clarity: Effectively addresses oxidation, cloudiness, yellowing, hazing, and fine surface scratches on plastic headlight covers.
  • Extends Headlight Life: Regular use as part of a maintenance routine helps prolong the lifespan of your headlight lenses, delaying costly replacements.
  • Professional-Grade Formula: Liquid polymer formula bonds to the lens surface, creating a smooth, clear protective finish.
  • Great Value Pack: Comes with 2 × 100ml bottles of restoration fluid — enough for multiple treatments or both headlights.
  • Easy to Use: Designed to be used with an atomizer (sold separately) for even, controlled application.

How to Use

  1. Inspect the Headlight: Identify the condition — look for cloudiness, hazing, oxidation, discolouration, or surface scratches.
  2. Prepare the Surface: Work in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area. Protect the surrounding bodywork with masking film or tape.
  3. Sand Progressively: Polish the headlight cover with wet sandpaper, working through grits in order: 180 → 280 → 360 → 600 → 800 → 1200. Sand in a cross-hatch pattern with water, working methodically to cover the full surface.
  4. Clean & Dry: Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel.
  5. Apply the Restoration Fluid: Load the liquid into an atomizer and apply evenly over the prepared headlight surface. Allow to cure fully.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What types of headlight damage can this restoration liquid polymer address?

A: This headlight restoration fluid is formulated to tackle common issues including oxidation, yellowing, cloudiness, hazing, fogging, and fine surface scratches on plastic headlight lens covers. It works as part of a wet-sanding and polymer coating process to restore optical clarity.

Q: Do I need any extra tools to use this headlight restoration fluid?

A: Yes — you will need an atomizer (atomizing cup and cap) to apply the liquid polymer evenly, as well as wet sandpaper in progressive grits (180, 280, 360, 600, 800, 1200) and masking film to protect surrounding paintwork. These tools are not included in this pack. A pair of PVC gloves is included for safe handling.

Q: How many headlights can I restore with 2 × 100ml bottles?

A: The two 100ml bottles typically provide enough fluid to fully restore both headlights on one vehicle, with some product remaining for touch-ups. Results may vary depending on the severity of the oxidation or damage and the size of the headlight covers.

Q: Is this product suitable for all car headlight types?

A: This restoration fluid is designed for use on standard plastic (polycarbonate) automotive headlight covers — the most common type found on modern vehicles. It is not intended for glass headlight lenses.
