Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What type of soap can I use with this automatic soap dispenser?

A: This touchless soap dispenser works best with liquid hand soaps, dish soaps, and light lotions. Thicker or highly concentrated soaps may need to be diluted slightly with water to ensure the sensor and pump function optimally.

Q: How long do the batteries last in the NOCCLILI touchless dispenser?

A: Battery life depends on usage frequency. With typical household use (multiple times per day), a set of 4 × AAA alkaline batteries can last several weeks to a few months. Using fresh, high-quality batteries is recommended for the best sensor performance.

Q: Is this soap dispenser easy to refill?

A: Yes! The 400ml reservoir features a large, wide-mouth opening at the top, making it simple to pour in soap or lotion without spilling. No tools required — just twist off the top and fill up.
