Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the automatic foam soap dispenser work?

A: The DUTRIEUX automatic foam soap dispenser uses built-in infrared sensing technology to detect the presence of your hand. When you place your hand within range (typically 5–10 cm), the sensor triggers the pump to release a precise amount of foamy soap — completely touchless and hygienic.

Q: What type of soap can I use with this foam dispenser?

A: This dispenser is designed to work with liquid hand soap that is compatible with foaming dispensers. For best results, dilute regular liquid soap with water (typically a 1:4 ratio of soap to water) to achieve the ideal foam consistency.

Q: How do I recharge the soap dispenser?

A: The dispenser features a built-in rechargeable battery. Simply connect it to a USB power source using the included charging cable. A full charge provides extended use, so you won't need to worry about frequent recharging.

Q: Is this dispenser suitable for commercial or hotel use?

A: Yes! The DUTRIEUX foam soap dispenser is designed for household, commercial, and hotel applications. Its touchless operation makes it especially well-suited for high-traffic washrooms where hygiene is a top priority.
